This login is not in the staff directory yet. Ask an administrator to add you under Staff, then sign in again. Roles are read from Firestore — they are never hardcoded in this page.
Like exempt, but per lecture. Name the duty and pick lectures (or Whole day). Those classes need substitutes; the teacher cannot substitute during the duty.
If a teacher needs to be free for other work, pick the lectures. Free teachers can substitute those classes.
Each person gets their own email/password. Role is stored in Firestore users/{uid} — never hardcoded. Collect names on a Google Form, then import here — or type one login by hand. Teachers never see this panel.
Google Forms cannot create Firebase passwords by themselves. Use the form to collect details, then import the sheet into this same Staff logins panel.
Create a form with these questions (short answer / dropdown):
From the linked Google Sheet: copy rows as Name, Email, Password, Role, Roster teacher — one person per line. Then create logins here.

Class XII — Academic Session 2026–2027
I am a Class XII student at Army Public School, Dighi, with an interest in technology, software development, and building practical digital solutions.
I designed and developed the Teacher Substitution System (TSS) as a web application to help organize and simplify teacher substitution management — absent teachers, substitute assignments, timetables, duties, and daily records.
This project is my effort to apply programming, problem-solving, and software development skills to a real school requirement.
